All international orders will be shipped by DHL Express, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped. you can return any item purchased on yvmin.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Make sure the item you are going to return is in original condition with tags attached, and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

Once your package reached our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
