We offer a variety of shipping options, normally your package will delivery in 2-6 working days for mainland China. All international orders will be shipped by DHL Express, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped. Before initiating your return, we kindly invite you to verify the correct website of your purchase and carefully read the corresponding return policy:
you can return any item purchased on yvmin.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Make sure the item you are going to return is in original condition with tags attached, and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

Once your package reached our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. If your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued, after deducted applicable shipping or restocking fees. Currently, we cannot offer exchanges online.

Please take it off when washing hands, taking a bath, or when it comes into contact with water.
Avoid contact with acidic chemicals during daily wear: alcohol, hairspray, perfume, detergent, etc. When cleaning
jewelry, please wipe it with a soft cotton fabric, and store it in the transparent sealed bag when it is shipped when it is
not in use.
