Please feel free to contact us if you want to return anything that you purchased in our YVMIN official website.

Before initiating your return, we kindly invite you to verify the correct website of your purchase and carefully read the corresponding return policy:

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

You can return any item purchased on yvmin.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Please make sure the product that you are going to return is in original condition with tags attached, also packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

For any return orders, you can apply for return and refund in the yvmin.com by system or contact us via Email: sales@yvmin.com. Currently, we cannot offer exchanges online.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. if your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. when your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued, just a reminder that the refund will deduct the shipping cost, only the product purchase price will be refunded. Currently, we cannot offer exchanges online.
