Orders to the United States are typically shipped via DHL Express. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing, followed by an estimated 3–10 business days for delivery after dispatch. Oversized items may ship via EMS instead. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility. you can return any item purchased on yvmin.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Make sure the item you are going to return is in original condition with tags attached, and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

Once your package reached our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. If your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued, after deducted applicable shipping or restocking fees. Currently, we cannot offer exchanges online.
