Shipping Policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship to selected destinations worldwide. Shipping options and rates depend on your delivery address and the items in your order. The rates available for your order will be shown at checkout.
Processing and Delivery Time
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to process. After dispatch, shipping typically takes 3–10 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance and other circumstances may affect delivery.
Pre-order items: The pre-order period typically ranges from 12 to 20 days, although the exact timeframe may vary by product. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order items are ready. Please contact customer service for details about a specific item.
Shipping Methods
Orders to Mainland China are primarily shipped via SF Express. Most other destinations are served by DHL Express. Oversized items shipped to the United States use EMS instead. Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number.
